Summary/Objective Wolfe, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual for a combined Warehouse Associate / Urine Drug Screen Collector position. This full-time role consists of at least 30 hours per week, divided between warehouse operations and on-site and off-site urine drug screen (UDS) collections. The allocation of time between duties may vary based on operational needs and client demand. The employee will also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, holiday, and time-sensitive collection requests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming shipments and supplies. Pick, pack, and prepare client orders for shipment or delivery. Prepare drug testing collection kits, forms, and supplies for clients and collection sites. Assist with shipping, receiving, package labeling, tracking, and inventory counts. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and supply area. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving supplies and shipments. Follow established procedures for inventory control and order fulfillment. Urine Drug Screen Collection Perform urine drug screen collections at Wolfe’s Asheville location and off-site client locations. Conduct DOT and Non-DOT collections in accordance with applicable procedures and company protocols. Verify donor identification and complete required collection and chain-of-custody documentation accurately. Properly label, seal, package, and prepare specimens for transport or shipment. Maintain donor privacy, confidentiality, specimen integrity, and professional client service. Maintain collection areas and supplies in a ready-to-use condition. Travel to client locations for scheduled and time-sensitive collection requests. Respond to requests during assigned on-call periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Report collection issues, documentation concerns, and scheduling conflicts promptly to management. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site collections. Ability to participate in the assigned on-call rotation and respond to collection requests. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow procedures. Professional communication, customer service, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and accurately complete paper and electronic documentation. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to move between both job functions. Preferred Qualifications Warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience. Urine drug screen collection experience or DOT urine specimen collector qualification. Familiarity with chain-of-custody procedures and workplace drug testing. Previous collection experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to qualified candidates. Schedule and On-Call Requirements Full-time position with 30 or more scheduled hours per week, split between warehouse duties and UDS collections. The division of hours may change according to business and client needs. Participation in the company’s rotating on-call schedule is required. On-call assignments may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and hours outside the regular work schedule. Additional work hours may be required based on collection requests and operational needs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform routine warehouse activities. Ability to lift and move packages and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
