Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

Role Overview: Responsible for receiving, picking, staging, and shipping customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring accuracy in merchandise verification. Tasks include inspecting received goods, stocking shelves, assembling orders, entering data into systems, and conducting inventory counts. May operate motorized equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, assist in training new associates, and handle controlled substances in specialized environments. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1+ years of work experience with a good understanding of warehouse workflow. Ability to read and understand English, basic math skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency. Ability to work safely with equipment, participate in physical inventories, and adapt to overtime as needed. Certification for operating power equipment and Hazmat training may be required. Key Duties: Verify shipments, report discrepancies, maintain organized work areas, accurately process orders and returns, assist with inventory procedures, and ensure safety standards. Support team members through training and problem-solving to optimize warehouse operations.
