Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities Include Training warehouse associates on duties, safety, and equipment use according to SOPs, observing performance to ensure compliance. Assisting with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Overseeing shipping processes, including UPS, emergency orders, and deliveries. Providing daily guidance to team members, managing workloads, and recommending workflow improvements. Managing inventory levels and utilizing motorized equipment like forklifts and reach trucks. Supervising department activities, including work assignments and staffing needs. Addressing associate concerns, reporting issues, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Using computer systems for operations and reporting, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with at least 2 years of work experience. Strong reading, basic math, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work independently with minimal guidance. Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
