Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: This position involves supporting transportation, warehouse, and logistics operations to ensure accurate movement and tracking of products and assets. Key Responsibilities Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to facilitate smooth operations. Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and status changes to maintain data accuracy. Monitor fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement for schedule adherence and issue detection. Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for precise transaction processing. Review routine exceptions such as delivery issues, returns, and inventory discrepancies, resolving unresolved issues. Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or related fields. Preferred certifications include Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar. Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse procedures, logistics documentation, and operational systems. Strong ability to process operational activities, analyze basic data, and support continuous improvement. Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
