Full-Time Warehouse Associate
Coastal Elite ProRole Overview: The position involves supporting warehouse and logistics operations to ensure accurate transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Key Responsibilities: Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information for accurate product movement. Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details to maintain data integrity. Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedules and identify issues. Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for transaction processing. Review routine exceptions such as delivery issues, returns, and inventory discrepancies. Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control. Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, logistics documentation, and operational systems. Ability to process routine activities, analyze basic data, and support continuous improvement. Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination. Preferred certification: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
