Full-Time Warehouse Associate
Wynen'sRole Overview: This position supports third-party logistics operations within a warehouse environment, focusing on training, supervising, and coordinating daily tasks to ensure efficient order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and returns. Key Responsibilities Train warehouse associates on duties, responsibilities, and equipment safety according to SOPs, observing performance for corrective action. Assist with order processing, inventory management, and oversee shipping operations. Provide tactical guidance to team members, manage daily workloads, and recommend workflow efficiencies. Utilize motorized equipment like forklifts and reach trucks to move inventory. Help supervise department activities, including work assignments and staffing coverage. Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including proper use of equipment and maintaining a clean work environment. Use computer systems for operations and reporting, and perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with at least 2 years of work experience. Ability to read, understand English, and possess basic math skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts. Ability to work overtime, participate in physical inventory, and maintain attendance and productivity standards. Proficiency with computer applications preferred.
