As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing materials. Assist with inventory counts and keep stock organized. Use warehouse systems to track products and process orders. Assist with product fabrication and other warehouse tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work together with your teammates to meet daily goals and deliver exceptional service. What We're Looking For You don't have to know everything — we're looking for the right attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn! Previous warehouse experience preferred (3 year is a plus). Forklift or pallet jack experience is a bonus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Dependable, hardworking, and ready to take initiative. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. A team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills. Basic familiarity with inventory systems is helpful.
