Full-Time Warehouse Associate

This role supports third-party logistics operations within an ICS business, focusing on warehouse management and team supervision. Responsibilities Include Training warehouse associates on duties, safety procedures, and equipment use. Assisting with order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and returns. Overseeing shipping operations and ensuring efficient workflow. Managing inventory levels and utilizing motorized equipment like forklifts and reach trucks. Providing daily guidance to team members, assigning workloads, and coordinating tasks. Participating in safety compliance and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Using computer systems for operations and reporting. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 2+ years of experience. Ability to read, understand product labels, and perform basic math. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Ability to work overtime, participate in physical inventories, and follow safety policies.
