Full time truck dispatch supervisor/salesman required for esteemed trucking company

Job Opening: Truck Dispatcher (Full-Time) We are looking for an experienced and motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our growing trucking company. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in trucking dispatch and sales , with strong knowledge of Load link software and freight operations. Key Responsibilities Find and book profitable loads for 7 trucks using Load link software . Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers and customers. Coordinate drivers, pickups, deliveries, and schedules. Maintain communication with drivers, brokers, and clients. Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain accurate dispatch records. Build strong relationships with brokers and customers to generate business. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking dispatch and sales (mandatory). Proficiency in Load link software . Strong knowledge of freight booking, rate negotiation, and logistics. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Organized, proactive, and results-oriented attitude. Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for someone energetic, responsible, and confident in managing trucks efficiently while maximizing loads and revenue. Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
