Full-time stocker/ Boxboy

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Full-time Stocker in, where your energy and organizational skills will keep our warehouse running smoothly! In this vital role, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, managing inventory, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of products. Responsibilities Stock shelves and organize products efficiently, ensuring accurate placement and presentation Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively Manage inventory control processes, including receiving shipments, shipping products, and conducting regular stock counts Assist with merchandising efforts to enhance product visibility and store presentation Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse and retail areas Support shipping & receiving activities by loading and unloading merchandise with proper manual handling techniques Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock management Physical ability to lift heavy items safely, perform manual handling tasks, and stand for extended periods Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse team environments Basic math skills for inventory counting, product pricing, and transaction processing Knowledge of retail product merchandising, packaging, shipping & receiving procedures, and general warehouse operations Commitment to safe lifting practices and maintaining a clean working environment Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction!
