Full-Time Stock Associate

Getoutside Shoes is looking for a reliable, organized Full-Time Stock Associate with previous stockroom or inventory experience . You’ll work alongside our Stock Manager to keep the stockroom organized, maintain accurate inventory, and support daily store operations and online order fulfillment. Responsibilities Receive, unpack, and check incoming shipments. Organize footwear by brand, style, colour, and size. Pick online orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and process inventory transfers. Replenish the sales floor and help staff locate stock. Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies. Keep the stockroom clean, safe, and organized. Work closely with the Stock Manager to complete daily priorities. Requirements Previous stock experience is required. Must be available to work weekends. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment. Able to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate with the team. Comfortable standing, lifting and moving boxes, and using stockroom ladders throughout the shift. Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week Experience: Stocking: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
