Full-Time Service Representative / Courier

Role: Senior Service Representative and Courier Responsibilities Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports across Southern California counties. Provide training to new couriers and act as a logistics floater to cover various routes. Safely operate a company vehicle and manage electronic tracking devices. Complete daily pickup schedules and coordinate with dispatchers for additional tasks. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver's license and minimum age 21. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous driver or courier experience preferred. Customer service experience is a plus. Strong punctuality and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands.
