Full-Time Senior Warehouse Associate - Night Shift
Coastal Elite ProJoin a dynamic team supporting distribution services in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Include Receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, and managing inventory. Verifying received merchandise against shipment records, inspecting for discrepancies and defects. Stocking shelves and organizing materials in designated areas. Utilizing RF devices for inventory tasks and assembling customer orders accurately. Entering order and return data into computer systems and inspecting returned items. Performing daily inventory counts, researching discrepancies, and assisting with inventory procedures. Operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or other motorized tools, possibly in controlled environments. Training new associates and performing related duties as assigned. Qualifications Include High school diploma or GED. At least one year of relevant work experience with a good understanding of warehouse workflows. Ability to read and understand product labels, basic math skills, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work safely, maintain a clean work environment, and use judgment in following detailed instructions. Preferred computer skills and certification to operate power equipment, with compliance to safety standards and OSHA requirements. Flexibility to work overtime and participate in physical inventories, with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
