FULL TIME - Production & Shipping Associate

Company: Lightsaber Promotions Location: Blairsville, GA 30512 Job Type: Full-Time, In Person Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Expected Hours: 40 hours per week About the Position Lightsaber Promotions is looking for a dependable, hardworking Production & Shipping Associate to join our team in Blairsville, GA. This position combines hands-on production work with shipping and order fulfillment responsibilities. You will help operate our bottled water labeling line, package finished products, prepare shipping labels, shipment receiving, and assist with inventory and daily warehouse operations. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is punctual, detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and can maintain a steady pace while ensuring products are packaged accurately and ready to ship. Job Responsibilities: Production & Packaging Load unlabeled bottled water onto the labeling machine. Set up and position labels on the labeling machine. Pack finished, labeled bottles into cases. Monitor label placement and identify products that do not meet quality standards. Stack and organize finished cases on pallets. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Shipping & Warehouse Support Create accurate shipping labels using company shipping applications. Record and document shipment tracking information. Help prepare orders for shipment and ensure packages are processed accurately. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties. Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Reliable transportation and a dependable attendance record. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new equipment and shipping software. Previous production, warehouse, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required.
