Full-Time Production Scheduler

Role: Master Scheduler Responsibilities Own and manage the master production schedule for complex aerospace castings and precision machining. Balance customer demand, capacity, and materials to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels. Collaborate with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to coordinate manufacturing activities. Manage ERP/MRP data, resolve production constraints, and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in aerospace or high-precision environments. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling. Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. Focus on achieving operational efficiency, safety, and quality excellence.
