Full-Time Personal Vehicle Delivery Dispatcher – Amazon DSP

Location: Ballard, WA / ZST4 Shifts Options: 8-to-12-hour workdays. 3-5 days a week. Day, Swing, and Night Shifts available. Employment Type: Full Time (W-2) Compensation: $25/hour Pacific Delivery and Logistics LLC and AMAZON DSP is urgently hiring a Full-Time Personal Vehicle Delivery Dispatcher for our new Amazon Quick Commerce Pilot Program in Ballard. WA.We are looking for a Dispatcher with a "SAFE, FUN, POSITIVE, CAN DO" attitude to join our Operations Team. The Dispatcher acts as a critical part of the day-to-day operations associated with delivering Amazon Packages in 30 minutes or less. The ideal Dispatcher must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must also be able to multitask and work well under pressure with little to no supervision. *Prior Amazon DSP Delivery Driver Experience Strongly Recommended* This position Compensation: Up to $1,442.00 per week* includes Base Pay + Overtime. This position is Full Time – Nonexempt. The station operates 24/7. We offer 8-to-12-hour workdays. 3-5 days a week. Day, Swing, and Night Shifts Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an individual with a flexible schedule to work any day of the week (Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun), as needed. Expect to work 8-12 hour days and some days may start before 8AM and end after 8PM. Assign deliveries and monitor progress of Personal Vehicle Delivery Drivers Address Delivery Driver problems and requests by communicating directly with Amazon personnel and providing solutions. Enter data in various systems and documents, maintain logs, record calls, activities and other information. On any given working day, you may be expected to drive & deliver packages. Delivering progressive discipline, coaching, and performance reviews for Delivery Drivers. Assist with the hiring and onboarding of Personal Vehicle Delivery Drivers Incident documentation and reporting. Other relevant duties as required. Valid personal auto insurance meeting state requirements Must be able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van quickly/often throughout a route. Must consent to a 4-panel drug test, including DMV vehicle record check Must have good computer skills. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
