Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Parts Purchasing Clerk is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels for the warehouses by managing the parts inventory, processing of parts orders in compliance with applicable regulations, and accurate delivery of part throughout the warehouse/operations in a timely and efficient manner. Receive, store, and issue parts and supplies as needed.
Maintain an organized inventory system for accurate tracking parts and supplies. Prepare parts for delivery to department, technicians or personnel. Maintain accurate records of parts and inventory transactions.
Perform regular stock checks and ensure optimal inventory levels are up to date. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to inventory management or parts considered an asset. Minimum two (2) experience in a parts or inventory-related role.
Working knowledge of inventory management software.
