Full-Time/Part-Time Dispatcher Wanted

Experienced Limo Dispatcher / Customer Service & Sales Representative All American Limousine , a Chicago-based luxury transportation company with 35+ years of experience , is hiring an experienced Limo Dispatcher for part-time evening and weekend shifts , with additional hours available based on performance, productivity, and business needs. This is NOT an entry-level dispatcher position. Applicants must have previous dispatch experience, preferably in the limousine, transportation, taxi, car service, shuttle, logistics, or related industry. We are looking for someone who can do more than simply dispatch vehicles. The ideal candidate understands the Chicago transportation market, can communicate confidently with chauffeurs and customers, knows how to use Limo Anywhere , and has the sales ability to turn incoming quote calls and emails into reservations. Position Overview As a Dispatcher at All American Limousine, you will be an important part of our daily transportation operations. You will coordinate chauffeurs, monitor trips, communicate with customers, handle incoming reservations and quote requests, and make sure transportation services operate smoothly. You will also assist with sales and reservations . This includes answering potential customer calls, responding to quote requests, following up with customers, and converting opportunities into confirmed reservations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, computer-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment. REQUIRED QualificationsPrevious Dispatch Experience Previous professional dispatch experience is REQUIRED Experience in limousine, transportation, taxi, logistics, trucking, shuttle, or similar operations is strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple vehicles, chauffeurs, reservations, and customer requests at the same time Ability to make quick decisions when schedules change or unexpected transportation issues occur Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with chauffeurs, customers, management, and other team members If you do not have previous dispatcher experience, please do not apply. Limo Anywhere Experience — REQUIRED Applicants should have hands-on experience using Limo Anywhere or substantial experience with a comparable limousine/transportation reservation and dispatch platform. You should be comfortable with tasks such as: Creating and managing reservations Entering customer and trip information Managing chauffeur assignments Updating reservations and trip details Reviewing schedules Creating and sending reservation confirmation emails through Limo Anywhere Handling incoming reservations Processing quote requests Communicating reservation details to customers Using the system accurately while handling multiple reservations Limo Anywhere experience is highly preferred and will be given significant consideration. Chicago & Chicagoland Directional Knowledge Strong directional knowledge of Chicago and the Chicagoland area is REQUIRED. You must be familiar with: Chicago streets and major thoroughfares Chicago expressways and highways Chicago neighborhoods North, Northwest, West, and Southwest Suburbs O'Hare International Airport Midway International Airport Downtown Chicago Major hotels and convention centers Major sports venues Concert and event venues Major corporate locations Airports, suburbs, and surrounding communities You should be able to understand where a chauffeur needs to go, recognize potential routing issues, and provide reasonable directions or alternatives without relying entirely on a GPS. Strong knowledge of Chicago and Chicagoland geography is extremely important for this position. Customer Service & Sales Skills This position also requires sales ability .
