Full time GA Outbound/Inbound Supervisor/Team Lead (Bilingual Mandarin Chinese)

We are a fastest-growing 3PL logistics fulfillment company in this industry, with its headquarters in Southern California. The company specializes in cross-border e-commerce brands, with products covering furniture and home goods, textiles, baby and children's toys, tools and outdoor equipment, appliances, and more. Its primary markets are North America and Europe. We are seeking to immediately fill some of the positions. Job opening: Outbound Supervisor and Inbound Supervisor (1 each) Job Description: Responsible for the daily operation and management of the warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, labeling, packing, shipping, RMA, inventory control, and on-site staff scheduling Requirements - Authorized to work in the United States - 3+ years of warehouse/logistics/overseas warehouse experience; 1+ year of on-site management experience preferred - Experience with WMS, ERP, PDA, barcode scanners, or similar systems/equipment preferred - Experience in e-commerce warehouses, cross-border warehouses, 3PL warehouses, or Amazon FBA preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities - Able to work in a fast-paced team environment; know how to prioritize and proceed tasks safely in warehouse. Warehouse Team Lead (1) Job Description: Assist supervisors in leading frontline teams to complete receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory counting, and handling on-site operational issues. Requirements - Authorized to work in the United States - 2+ years of warehouse/logistics-related experience - Experience leading a small team preferred; familiar with basic warehouse operations - Experience using WMS, PDA devices, and barcode scanners preferred - Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills Qualifications: · High school degree or equivalent · Valid driver's license · Bilingual: Fluent in Mandarin and English · Forklift Licenses is a plus · a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees · Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback Compensations & Benefits: · Wage: Salary base on position and experience · 6 paid holidays upon hire · 5 days PTO after 1st employment year · Health, Life, Vision and Dental insurance Employee type: Full time Job Type: 3PL Important Details: This is a full-time, on-site role.
