Full-Time Dispatcher / Office Support Specialist

We currently have a variety of scheduling opportunities available, including day and evening shifts. Some weekend and holiday coverage may be required based on company needs. This position offers a mix of dispatching, customer service, and general office responsibilities. Responsibilities & Duties Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service. Coordinate and dispatch towing, roadside assistance, and other service requests based on priority, location, and driver availability. Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, law enforcement, and service partners. Monitor active service calls, provide updates, and respond to changing priorities. Accurately enter and maintain information using dispatching software and office systems. Assist customers with vehicle impounds, payments, and general inquiries. Perform general office duties, including paperwork, data entry, filing, and administrative support. Work collaboratively with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with St. Cloud and surrounding areas. Good computer and typing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Previous dispatching, towing, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to provide training for the right candidate!
