Full Time: Diesel Mechanic & Trailer Technician

Looking for Diesel Mechanic with experience to join our current team. Job details Full-time, 45 hour work week Monday through Friday, with mandatory every other weekend schedule. (Shifts between 5:00am and 3:00pm) Manual labor involving repairs of Diesel Semi Tractors and Multi-axle Tanker Trailers. Collaboration with a team of 2 to 3 mechanics per shift. Onsite work and occasional services calls off site. On call shifts during evenings, alternating between mechanics daily, for additional pay. CLD holders qualify for premium pay. Non-CDL holders must be willing and able to drive tractors in an out of shop on private property. Previous experience is required. Some on the job training offered for company specific processes. The hiring process consists of the original application being submitted online - - followed by a phone interview. Round two of the application process is a face to face interview and walk through of the facility along with a brief explanation of the job responsibilities. Round three of the application process is an onboarding period working alongside a current mechanic. This is considered an evaluation period of 2 weeks to ensure a good fit for both sides. The final phase of the process is a written offer of the full time or part time position followed by an increase of pay from the probationary wages during the evaluation period, to the base wages and or premium wages.
