Mack Mattress is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate based out of our Cleveland Avenue warehouse.
This is an active role where every day is a little different, where you will work with a consistent team, and where your work helps bring much needed rest and comfort into people’s lives. You will help deliver mattresses to customers’ homes, move inventory between Mack Mattress locations, and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

• Deliver mattresses, foundations, and related products to customer homes with care and professionalism
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Complete store transfers between our Cleveland Avenue, Sawmill, and Westerville locations
• Work as a team to receive, sort, stage, and organize inventory in the warehouse and store
• Help maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment
• Assist with logistics support, including product movement, equipment transport, and general operational tasks
• Work with the management team about delivery schedules, route needs, and inventory movement
• Help keep company vehicles clean and in good working order
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy products safely, including mattresses and foundations
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
• Comfortable with physical work and being on the move
• Saturday availability is required
