You’ll be responsible for preparing delicious food items, managing customer orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of deli foods, including sandwiches, salads, and specialty items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with customers by taking orders, upselling products, and providing product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely fulfillment while maintaining food safety standards Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by regularly cleaning counters, utensils, and equipment in compliance with sanitation guidelines Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to assist in food preparation and handling tasks Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation or food service roles such as quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote products confidently Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory management Experience operating kitchen equipment and handling food with care and safety Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is advantageous but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding service with energy and enthusiasm!
