Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to effectively manage staff and resources. Duties Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation. Oversee inventory management, including stock organization and replenishment. Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently. Support budgeting processes by monitoring expenses and sales performance. Train and mentor staff on best practices in sales techniques, including wireless sales. Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms for products and services. Perform administrative tasks as required to support store management. Qualifications Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in using cash registers and handling financial transactions. Familiarity with budgeting principles and inventory control processes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong negotiation skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed by the business.
