Hirshfield's Minot is a Full Service Contract Service Center location, focusing mainly on Painting contractors. The Hirshfield's Minot ND Location is now looking to fill a Part time Delivery Driver/Sales Associate to make deliveries and assist in order fillings, paint matching, stain matching and helping our Paint Contractors. Work Hours are available Monday thru Friday: 7:00am to 5:00pm with the occasional Saturday 8am to Noon We offer a 35% match on your 401k contributions (up to 12%) Full time employees have access to health, dental, vision etc benefits and PTO Essential Functions Must be age 21+ Must have a Valid Driver License and Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Able to lift/move up to 60lbs on occasion Welcoming customers into the store. Staying knowledgeable about our range of paint and stain and sundry products Explaining to customers the best products for their needs Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program Your hourly rate of pay will be based on your experience This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, this employer is required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before the employer can take any action against you, including terminating your employment.
