Fulfillment Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fulfillment Worker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, picking and packing products, preparing shipments, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders. Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy. Sort and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise. Load and unload packages, cartons, and other materials. Operate basic warehouse equipment and material-handling tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors. Meet daily productivity and order fulfillment targets. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for processing orders and updating inventory. Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements. Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
