Fulfillment Worker

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Fulfillment Worker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and working as part of a fast-paced team. Responsibilities: Pick products and materials according to customer orders Pack and prepare orders for shipment Verify items, quantities, and order accuracy Label packages and prepare them for shipping Sort and organize products within the warehouse Receive, stock, and move inventory as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow warehouse procedures and workplace safety guidelines Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties Meet daily productivity and quality standards Work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members Qualifications: Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or shipping experience is helpful but not required Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move packages and materials as required Pay: $24.60 - $29.70 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
