We help manage shipments from start to finish, including transportation, customs, fulfillment, and final delivery. Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations CoordinatorPosition Summary The Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations Coordinator helps manage the daily work of our fulfillment, warehouse, pick-and-pack, and logistics operations. This is a hands-on role . You will work closely with warehouse staff, office teams, clients, staffing agencies, and delivery partners. The successful candidate will be organized, reliable, proactive, and able to manage daily priorities. You will help make sure production targets and shipping deadlines are met. Full training will be provided. You will be trained on our systems, client requirements, carrier websites, and daily procedures. You are not expected to know everything when you start. We are looking for someone who has good operational experience, is willing to learn, and can take on more responsibility over time. Key ResponsibilitiesFulfillment, Pick-and-Pack & Production Plan and coordinate fulfillment work based on client needs, order volumes, inventory, and deadlines. Prepare orders and confirm quantities, production needs, and special client instructions. Check inventory and backup stock before planning production. Track incoming materials and report shortages or delays. Make sure labels, documents, and other materials are ready before workers arrive. Check labels, documents, quantities, and other materials for accuracy. Count and compare labels for U.S. and Canadian production. Track completed boxes and production quantities during each shift. Give workers clear daily targets, priorities, and instructions. Complete the main production work before custom boxes, add-ons, and other extra work. Make sure enough inventory is available for add-ons and custom orders. Monitor production during the day and deal with delays or problems quickly. Keep clients updated on production progress and let them know when orders are close to completion. Warehouse & Logistics Operations Plan daily warehouse work based on production volumes, incoming and outgoing skids, staffing, inventory, and delivery schedules. Determine how many workers are needed based on the day's workload. Coordinate with delivery partners, including Intelcom, UniUni, Purolator, and Canada Post , for pickups and shipments. Check inventory regularly and report shortages or items that need to be reordered. Coordinate the wrapping, staging, loading, and unloading of skids. Order skids and other warehouse supplies when needed. Complete arrival scans, dispatch work, and other shipment-processing tasks. Make sure information between the office and warehouse is clear and accurate. Handle heavy or large shipments, including DTDC shipments. Help with customs-related shipments and communicate with CBSA when needed. Occasionally drive for pickups, deliveries, or other work-related transportation. Help with general warehouse work during busy periods and peak seasons. Perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and moving boxes.
