Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Fulfillment Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Hours: Full-time or part-time available Location: Norcross, GA Job Summary We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help with the day-to-day fulfillment of customer orders. The main responsibilities include picking and packing orders, creating shipping labels, receiving and restocking inventory, processing returns, and helping keep the warehouse organized. Accuracy and reliability are very important in this position. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, follow instructions, work efficiently, and help make sure orders are shipped correctly and on time. We maintain a drug- and alcohol-free workplace. References may be requested. Responsibilities: Pick products accurately to fulfill customer orders. Pack and prepare orders for shipment. Use a computer to create and print shipping labels. Apply the correct labels to packages and products. Double-check products, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse. Assist the Warehouse Lead with pulling and fulfilling orders as needed. Receive incoming inventory and restock products in the correct warehouse locations. Report shortages, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies. Process returned merchandise and report damaged or defective products. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy. Keep shelves, work areas, and shipping stations organized. Sweep, dust, mop, and help maintain a clean warehouse. Make sure aisles and warehouse areas remain safe and accessible. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working with coworkers, vendors, and customers. What Success Looks Like: Orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped accurately. Orders are completed on time. Inventory is placed in the correct locations. Shipping mistakes and inventory discrepancies are kept to a minimum. The warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or similar experience preferred. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Comfortable using a computer for shipping and order-processing tasks. Able to lift and carry products weighing approximately 5–35 lbs. Able to safely use a step ladder to access products stored on higher shelving. Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform normal warehouse duties throughout the workday. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail. Pay & 90-Day Increase Starting pay will generally be $17.00 per hour , depending on experience. Employees who successfully complete their first 90 days and meet the expectations of the position will receive an increase to $18.00 per hour . Applicants with stronger warehouse, shipping, inventory, or fulfillment experience may qualify for a higher starting rate, up to $20.00 per hour .
