Fulfillment/Warehouse Associate

We deliver a great user experience to our clients, and pride ourselves on being easy to do business with. We are currently seeking a Fulfillment/Warehouse Associate to join our growing Toronto Team. Duties & Responsibilities: Inbound and outbound acceptance and preparation of orders for shipping or pickup. Warehouse product collection and inventory stocking using various machinery Assembling, labelling, and packaging orders for shipping or customer pickup Support display and exhibit staging as required Fulfill cleaning duties as required Demonstrate a “can do” attitude, taking initiative to learn at every given opportunity Work co-operatively and support all internal teams (Sales, Production, Shipping & Accounting) Respond quickly and accurately to queries from customers via phone & e-mail, ultimately providing resolution. Requirements: Up-to-date Forklift Certification is required. Effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow policies and procedures Ability to work safely within a warehouse environment Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to develop & maintain relationships with sales team, customers, and co-workers Drive to find creative solutions to customer challenges when presented Thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible to changing directions as the business develops. High level of attention to detail, quality and accuracy Motivated by success and achieving company targets Experience in customer service and/or warehouse duties is an asset Trade show display assembly or product knowledge is welcome however not necessary. Basic hand tools knowledge an asset Heavy lifting and hands required Salary is commensurate with experience. Please no agencies.
