Fulfillment Technician

Brandhouse NV seeks a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Tech to join our production team. This position plays a key role in order fulfillment, product packaging, labeling, inventory management, and distribution preparation within our cannabis production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance while supporting daily fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare cannabis products for order fulfillment and distribution Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging to ensure order accuracy Follow SOPs, safety standards, and Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) regulations Assist with inventory counts, product tracking, and maintaining accurate inventory records Ensure all products are properly packaged and labeled according to compliance requirements Prepare completed orders for shipment and distribution within required timelines Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or quality concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and fulfillment environment Work collaboratively with production, inventory, and distribution teams to meet daily operational goals Assist with general warehouse duties and additional production support as needed Qualifications: Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate Nevada Cannabis Agent Card Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and compliance procedures Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Team-oriented with a strong work ethic What We Offer Full-time, stable position Benefits available after 60 days Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced production and distribution environment Brandhouse NV is committed to quality, compliance, and teamwork.
