About the Role: As a Fulfillment Team Member, you’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes team that brings our beautiful gift boxes to life. You’ll be hands-on with the products—arranging, packing, labeling, organizing—and making sure every detail is just right. Some days will be steady and chill, others will be fast-paced and full—but we keep things fun either way. Key Responsibilities: Gift Assembly & Packing: Package each gift box with care and precision so it looks amazing when opened Inventory & Prep: Help us keep everything in order—receiving, counting, organizing, and prepping products Quality Control: Check every box before it ships—right items, right branding, right vibes Shipping Support: Label and prepare finished gifts for delivery or pickup Team Support: Jump in where needed—whether it’s tidying a shelf, organizing products, or helping push through a big rush Skills & What We're Looking For: Detail-oriented and dependable—you take pride in doing things right Organized and efficient—you like checking things off a list A natural team player—you’re easy to work with and pitch in where needed Comfortable on your feet and lifting light to medium boxes (up to 20 lbs) Bonus if you’ve worked in fulfillment, retail, events, or a fast-paced environment before Comfortable using basic software (e.g., email, spreadsheets), and open to learning platforms like Monday.com or similar (we’ll teach you—no worries if you’re not familiar!) Hours + Compensation: Part-time (5–25 hours/week), depending on current projects Starting at $17-$19/hour , depending on experience On-site at our Edmonton studio Casual dress code (think comfy shoes and clothes you can move in) Snacks, great music, good vibes, and a welcoming team atmosphere Work Culture: We’re a small team with big energy.
