We're looking for an experienced Fulfillment Team Lead to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you're passionate about operational excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring products move accurately and efficiently through the fulfillment process, this is your opportunity to make an impact at the world's largest trading card printer. Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Onsite | Night shift on a 2/2/3/2 rotation Pay & Benefits: Competitive compensation plus comprehensive benefits package What You'll Do Lead and support daily fulfillment operations. Mentor, train, and onboard team members. Ensure products and materials are received and shipped accurately and on time. Monitor workflow and escalate operational issues when necessary. Partner with leadership to improve processes and operational efficiency. Support scheduling, reporting, attendance tracking, and administrative activities. Promote a safe and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ISO requirements. What You'll Bring Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environments. Previous experience as a Lead or team leader preferred. Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus. Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
