Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our warehouse distribution operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing clear managerial communication and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee inventory management processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques to maintain accuracy and reduce discrepancies. Operate or coordinate the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to facilitate efficient movement of goods. Implement process improvements based on lean management principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste within warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols during heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate distribution center operations, optimize shipping & receiving schedules, and improve overall workflow efficiency. Experience Proven experience in warehouse supervision or warehouse management within distribution center environments. Strong background in inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. Hands-on experience operating forklift trucks, RF scanners, and other heavy material handling equipment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through team leadership skills and managerial communication. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards (OSHA) and best practices for materials handling. Familiarity with logistics processes including shipping & receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Experience implementing process improvements using lean management techniques is highly desirable.
