Fulfillment & Studio Coordinator

Job Summary SmartThreads is a women's fashion company that sells live on Whatnot. Our space is a beautifully converted storefront with a carpeted live-selling studio, a small boutique area, and a packing station where we wrap every order in tissue like a gift before it ships. We're located right next door to a popular local restaurant featuring great food and live music, making our surrounding environment vibrant and energetic. Our team is small, fun, creative, and easygoing. The Role You'll be the person who makes every order feel special. After each live show, you'll pack and ship our customers' new pieces with care, and between shows you'll help keep the studio and boutique organized, styled, and ready to go live. If you love clothes, enjoy making things look nice, and like having a little bit of everything in your day, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Pack and ship orders beautifully, using tissue, poly mailers, and attention to every detail. Handle clothing, bags, and accessories with care so every piece arrives looking its best. Keep track of inventory, including tagging, organizing, and counting stock. Prep for shows by hanging, sorting, and styling racks so everything is camera-ready. Maintain the studio, boutique, and packing area to keep them tidy and looking great. Pitch in wherever the team needs help. Requirements Detail-oriented and reliable—every single order matters to us. An eye for presentation and a genuine interest in fashion. Organized and comfortable keeping a busy space neat. Physical stamina to be comfortable on your feet and able to carry boxes up to 25 lbs. A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to jump in on different tasks. Retail, boutique, stockroom, or shipping experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
