As a Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist at 32 Bar Blues, you will play a crucial role in making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and meet our high-quality standards. You'll also help manage the busy post-holiday returns period, making sure returned items are inspected, processed, and restocked quickly and accurately. Additional duties include daily replenishment of inventory and keeping the warehouse organized. Responsibilities: Handle order fulfillment: picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Process customer returns from receipt to restock: inspecting items, issuing credits or exchanges, refurbishing merchandise, entering return data, and returning items to inventory. Maintain daily replenishment of active inventory. Organize and clean warehouse facilities on a daily basis. Report to the Distribution Center Supervisor for coordination and guidance. Qualifications: Familiarity with pick-pack-ship, returns processing, and inventory processes is beneficial. Demonstrates high personal and professional integrity, adaptability, and effective prioritization. Comfortable in a small, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, willing to be hands-on. Persistent, deadline-oriented, and committed to completing tasks and projects. Values team collaboration and enjoys contributing to growth from start-up to an established brand. Strong attention to detail, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, computer work, clear written and verbal communication, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Adheres to appropriate warehouse attire and closed-toe shoes.
