Fulfillment Specialist
Super Bright LEDsJob Summary: As an Fulfillment Specialist for Super Bright LEDs, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your work will include various tasks including, but not limited to, box making, labeling, picking/packing orders, shipping/receiving, and replenishing. Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Earth City, Missouri. The regular work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Candidates must be able to consistently work this schedule, as no alternative schedules are available. Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Pick and pack products efficiently, ensuring proper packaging for shipment. Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels. Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are accurate and free from defects. Ensure all processing areas are neat, clean, and organized. Report out of stock issues to the supervisor and restock bins from the warehouse. Assist in processing UPS and USPS shipments.
