The Fulfillment & Inventory Technician plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of medical cannabis products within a highly regulated environment. This position is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory handling, and maintaining strict adherence to Florida state regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven setting. Core Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Receive incoming shipments and verify contents Stock and organize inventory in designated storage areas Label, sort, and store products accurately Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed Warehouse or distribution center setting May involve repetitive tasks and standing/sitting for extended periods Must be able to drive and have a clean driving record Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory control preferred (cannabis experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Basic computer skills with the ability to learn inventory management systems Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the Florida medical cannabis industry Competencies: Thorough understanding of the Cannabis industry Communication Proficiency Ethical Conduct Relationship Management Personal Effectiveness/Credibility Work Environment: This job operates in a cGMP inspected manufacturing facility. This role routinely uses gloves and scissors, and employees are required to wear coveralls, hairnets, and other PPE, including at times, face covers. This position regularly requires long hours. Weekend work opportunities are available and, at times, may be required. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work. Travel: This position does not require travel.
