Fulfillment Specialist

Recent additions to our product offerings and brands have created a significant growth opportunity. We are seeking an organized and process-driven Fulfillment Specialist to join our talented and customer-focused team. PRx is based in Fargo, North Dakota. Position Summary: Seeking a highly motivated individual for a cross-functional role in our Warehouse. In this role, you will be performing a variety of duties including: utilizing our ERP system to complete customer orders, picking products from shelves, staging products to load into delivery trucks/trailers, and unloading containers/trailers all while maintaining accurate and timely order fulfillment. Duties and Responsibilities: ● Main duties include printing labels, utilizing various shipping software to complete orders, light packaging, and completing tasks assigned by Director of Operations ● High attention to detail while picking and labeling orders and packing boxes ● Ensure trucks are loaded efficiently and within weight restrictions ● Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations ● Must help us fulfill our commitment to delivering the best customer service without sacrificing quality of finished product ● Self-starter who is not only conscientious about getting their work done, but also aware of other tasks that may need attention ● Enjoys a high-energy work environment and being a team player ● Other duties as assigned Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: ● High school diploma or equivalent ● High level of organization and attention to detail ● Dependable and able to see tasks through to completion ● Forklift certified or willing to earn certification ● Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs ● Ability to work independently and within a team environment ● Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills ● Knowledge of fitness equipment or fitness industry a plus PRx Performance, LLC partnered with PRO Resources are Equal Opportunity Employers.
