You’ll shift between organizing incoming items, preparing orders to spec, and packaging goods so they’re ready for the next stage—all while keeping pace and quality top of mind. A day on the line Start by unpacking and sorting products, then organize and fold as needed to match work orders. Prepare items and documentation exactly as instructed to ensure downstream teams have what they need. Inspect for quality and accuracy at every checkpoint—catch issues before they travel. Package finished items and stage them correctly for the next process step. Rotate through repetitive production tasks throughout the shift, staying focused and efficient. Keep your station spotless and supplies in order to maintain smooth operations. Hit daily productivity and quality targets with consistency. Follow supervisor direction and adhere to all PIP safety procedures. Jump in on additional production or warehouse tasks when the team needs a hand. Sharp attention to detail and commitment to doing it right the first time. Dependable transportation to our Olive Branch location. Schedule and availability Regular schedule: 7:00 AM–3:45 PM. Available for mandatory overtime when production demands rise. Willing to work 10-hour shifts as required. Open to weekend work when needed.
