Fulfillment & Production Lead

Overview The Fulfillment and Production Lead is responsible for processing customer orders from receipt through shipment while ensuring exceptional accuracy and presentation. This role manages daily fulfillment operations, inventory accuracy, customer order issues, and shipping logistics to create an outstanding customer experience. The position involves hands-on order processing, printing, packing, inventory management, and assisting with product formulation and production. Responsibilities Order Processing Process daily Shopify and wholesale orders Review orders for accuracy and fraud alerts Print shipping labels and packing slips Prioritize expedited and time-sensitive orders Monitor order queues to ensure same-day fulfillment whenever possible Packing & Shipping Pick and pack customer orders accurately Ensure premium product presentation and packaging Prepare shipments for USPS, UPS, and FedEx Verify packing accuracy before shipment Maintain clean and organized shipping stations Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels of finished products, ingredients, and packaging materials Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated as products are produced and shipped Communicate low-stock items and production needs to management Product Formulation & Production Assist with the formulation, batching, and preparation of skincare products under established procedures Accurately measure, weigh, and combine ingredients according to approved formulas Assist with filling, labeling, and packaging finished products Follow established production procedures to ensure consistency and quality Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized production equipment and workspaces Monitor ingredient and packaging supply levels Assist with production planning based on inventory needs and customer demand Maintain accurate production and batch records Team & Operations Help coordinate daily fulfillment and production priorities Support and oversee team members as needed Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment Qualifications Previous fulfillment, warehouse, retail, or logistics experience preferred Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using computers and shipping software Strong English communication and comprehension skills Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and manage a team Ability to follow detailed instructions and established production procedures Comfortable performing hands-on fulfillment and production tasks Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and organization Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
