Fulfillment Picker/Packer

We're hiring a Fulfillment Picker/Packer for our 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) team in Strasburg, OH. This position is responsible for picking, packing, palletizing, labeling, loading, and shipping customer orders while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and accuracy. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining high quality standards and a safe, organized work environment. What You'll Do Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods Label, palletize, stack, and prepare products for shipment Load and unload trucks safely Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices Complete required paperwork accurately and timely Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Assist with waste removal and general warehouse housekeeping Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Support on-time, in-full (OTIF) customer order fulfillment goals Requirements a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } What We're Looking For Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and operating guidelines Effective communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Occasionally lift heavier items with assistance or equipment Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels and around moving equipment Work Environment Warehouse and distribution environment Exposure to moving machinery and powered industrial equipment Required use of safety glasses and other PPE as needed Commitment to safe work practices at all times Benefits Why Join Kleen Test Products?
