Fulfillment Picker/Packer Florida Delico, LLC (Olive My Pickle) · Jacksonville, FL · Full-Time Days About the Role Olive My Pickle is a fast-growing fermented food company shipping thousands of orders every week from our Jacksonville facility. The Fulfillment Team is the backbone of our operation. You'll learn every station on the floor — box making, picking, packing, taping, and scanning — building the skills to understand how the whole operation runs. Position Summary The Fulfillment Picker/Packer is the heart of our shipping floor. This person pulls customer orders, packs them to our cold-pack standards, and gets them out the door accurately and on time. Because we ship perishable refrigerated food, how carefully and quickly each order is packed directly affects whether the product arrives in good condition. This is an active, hands-on role in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment. What You Will Do Pick customer orders accurately from cooler and shelf storage, matching the right products and quantities to each order by reading the label printed. Pack orders to our cold-pack standards: select the correct box size, build the box with its insulated liner, add the right number of gel packs for the order and shipping zone, and pack the product so it arrives secure and cold. Scan to verify each order so the right items ship to the right customer, and flag any mismatch before it leaves. Apply shipping labels and stage completed orders for carrier pickup. Keep the floor stocked and organized: build boxes, replenish gel packs and liners, restock packing stations, and keep the cooler and work areas clean and orderly. Hit daily volume and ship-window targets while keeping accuracy high, especially during busy periods. Follow food-safety and cold-chain practices so our perishable product is handled correctly at every step. Pitch in across the floor wherever the team needs help to get the day's orders out. What We Are Looking For Reliable and punctual. Orders ship every day, so showing up and being ready to work matters. Accurate and detail-oriented. The right product, the right box, the right count, every time. Able to work at a steady pace and keep quality up when volume is heavy. A team player who communicates and helps where needed. Warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. A good attitude and willingness to learn matter most. Physical Requirements This is an active role in a refrigerated environment. It requires standing and moving for most of the shift, repetitive motion (picking and packing), and lifting boxes up to approximately 40 pounds. You should be comfortable working in and around a cooler at refrigerated temperatures. Schedule & Compensation $15/hr starting pay, eligible for increase after passing probationary period. Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm PTO, Health Insurance, Review based increases available after probationary period.
