What You’ll Be Doing As a Fulfillment and Logistics Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive their medications accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with prescription fulfillment and preparation under pharmacist supervision. Packaging, organizing, and preparing outgoing prescription shipments. Preparing refrigerated shipments using insulated packaging, frozen gel packs, and temperature-monitoring materials. Verifying shipping information and following established packaging and quality-control procedures. Organizing prescriptions and shipments to meet daily carrier pickup deadlines. Replenishing shipping supplies, rotating ice packs, and maintaining organized workstations. Supporting inventory organization, stock replenishment, and cycle counts. Promptly identifying and reporting discrepancies, damaged items, or shipping concerns. Collaborating with pharmacists and team members to maintain an efficient workflow. Assisting with other pharmacy operations as assigned and authorized. What We’re Looking For We’re excited to meet candidates who are ready to contribute to our mission of personalized patient care. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Required Qualifications: Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee registration, or eligibility and willingness to obtain the required registration before performing regulated duties. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment. Willingness to learn pharmacy systems and procedures. Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications: Previous pharmacy experience.
