Fulfillment & Packing Supervisor

Job Overview McIntyre Manufacturing Group is seeking an organized, hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our daily pack-out operations. This position oversees Fulfillment Team Leads and associates to ensure finished products are packed accurately, efficiently, safely, and according to customer requirements. What You’ll Do Assign pack-out jobs, coordinate staffing, and communicate daily priorities. Guide and train Team Leads and associates on packing methods, quality expectations, and safe work practices. Review Bills of Materials and drawings to ensure boxes, hardware, instructions, graphics, and other supplies are ready before work begins. Verify product counts, parts, assembly requirements, labeling, and paperwork before products move to Shipping. Maintain accurate production records, including labor, completed quantities, rejects, and job completion. Identify and address quality concerns in coordination with the Production Manager. Address attendance, conduct, training, and performance issues, and coordinate staffing needs with Human Resources. Improve workflow and maintain a clean, organized, and safe Fulfillment area. What You’ll Bring Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple pack-out jobs and resolve daily production issues. Ability to read and interpret drawings and Bills of Materials. Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills. Ability to read a tape measure. Forklift certification required. Physical Requirements This role involves prolonged standing and walking on the manufacturing floor, frequent bending and stooping, and handling products with attention to detail.
