The Opportunity The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, processing, and completing customer orders. This role ensures products are properly selected, packaged, documented, and shipped while maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals. What You'll Be Doing Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Pick, verify, and prepare products for shipment. Ensure equipment is properly packaged, labeled, and protected for delivery. Verify product details, quantities, and order accuracy. Complete required system updates and documentation. Perform quality checks before orders leave the facility. Organize and maintain fulfillment work areas. Support shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations as needed. Follow safety procedures and company quality standards. What We're Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or ITAD experience preferred. Experience handling electronics or IT equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow processes and meet production goals. Basic computer skills and data entry experience. Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks. Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment. Ready to Apply?
