Fulfillment Operations Lead (E-Commerce Shipping)

Fulfillment Lead (Working Lead): Midtown Tulsa, OK · Full-Time · $18–$24/hr Read this first Seeds Here Now, is an online retailer shipping 30–60 orders a day from our Midtown Tulsa warehouse. You'll lead our 2-person pick/pack team and be responsible for getting every order out correctly and on time. This is a working-lead role. You'll be on your feet packing and in the software every day: WooCommerce, WordPress, ShipStation, Metorik and Slack. If you don't have hands-on WooCommerce and ShipStation experience, or you're not comfortable managing people every day, do not apply. What you'll do Own fulfillment accuracy and speed for 30–60 orders a day Manage 2 picker/packers: set priorities, pace, quality control and accountability Run shipping end to end in ShipStation: batching, labels, pickups, exceptions Manage orders in WooCommerce: notes, holds, problem orders, refunds and reship labels Control inventory: receiving, organization, cycle counts, preventing stockouts Improve the warehouse: layout, binning, labeling, cutting wasted motion Keep product and order details current in WordPress/WooCommerce (SKUs, attributes, notes, basic descriptions) Use Metorik to report on stockouts, slow movers, fulfillment issues and a weekly summary Post daily in Slack: updates, blockers, supply needs, issues Write and enforce simple SOPs so the operation runs without you standing over it What success looks like after 30 days Orders ship same day or next day with near-zero picking errors Every station and bin is labeled, and inventory counts match the system Written SOPs exist for picking, packing, shipping and receiving Your team knows the standards and meets them without being reminded Must-haves (non-negotiable) Real e-commerce fulfillment and shipping experience (not just general warehouse work) Hands-on WooCommerce and ShipStation experience Experience managing at least one person and holding them to standards Comfortable writing simple SOPs and enforcing them Basic spreadsheet and reporting skills Able to lift and move packages up to about 40 lbs Not a fit if you Need constant direction Avoid managing people Hate systems, checklists and accountability Want a corporate manager job with a big team and meetings all day Pay and schedule $18–$24/hr depending on experience Top of the range requires proof you can run WooCommerce and ShipStation, manage a small team and improve warehouse flow without supervision Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 [Benefits: PTO / none / etc.] Performance and pay review after 30 days Start date: ASAP Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have hands-on experience with BOTH WooCommerce and ShipStation?
