Your Mission Help keep our fulfillment operation accurate, organized, and moving efficiently while developing the skills to take ownership of a specialized area. You'll initially learn our warehouse processes and work alongside our leadership team to understand how inventory moves from receiving through storage, picking, packing, and shipping. As you develop your skills, you'll have opportunities to specialize in the areas where you demonstrate the greatest strengths. What You'll Do Pick customer orders accurately using our warehouse management system (WMS) and RF scanning technology. Verify SKUs, quantities, and product locations to protect inventory accuracy. Prepare completed orders for packing and outbound fulfillment. Support inventory putaway, replenishment, and product organization as trained and assigned. Assist with packing and shipping operations when business needs require. Identify discrepancies, communicate challenges, and help maintain consistent workflow. Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment. Learn and contribute to the operating standards that will shape our growing Ohio facility. Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment. Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or inventory experience is helpful but not required.
