Fulfillment Operations Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of orders, managing inventory, and operating various warehouse equipment. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth warehouse operations, support timely order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards across all activities. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail using barcode scanning for logistics. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage or injury. Knowledge in warehouse management systems and inventory management systems, including stock replenishment and cycle counts. Maintain safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to safety procedures, and conducting routine equipment inspections. Support shipping & receiving processes. Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before packing and dispatching. Organize warehouse space by stocking items appropriately, ensuring easy access for order picking and efficient warehouse distribution. Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment (not mandatory). Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanners for barcode scanning logistics tasks. Knowledge of safety protocols related to manual handling, heavy lifting, and equipment operation. Demonstrated ability to perform order picking & packing accurately under time constraints. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock organization.
