Fulfillment Operations Assistant

Position Summary J&L Pogonotrophics creates natural and organic beard care, skincare, bath and body, and home products, combining premium quality with affordable luxury. We are looking for a Fulfillment Operations Assistant to help ensure our products are carefully handled and prepared for customers. This position supports the behind-the-scenes work that keeps orders moving, from organizing product inventory and preparing packages to checking shipment details and maintaining an orderly workspace. We welcome someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in handling products with care. Responsibilities Help gather products and supplies needed to fulfill customer orders. Check product names, quantities, and order details before packing. Package beard care, skincare, bath and body, and home products according to company procedures. Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other order-related materials. Inspect items for visible damage or packaging issues before shipment. Arrange completed orders in designated areas for carrier pickup or dispatch. Organize product stock and notify the team when supplies or packaging materials are running low. Record order progress and update basic fulfillment information in the company's system. Assist with receiving deliveries and placing new inventory in the correct locations. Keep packing stations, storage shelves, and fulfillment areas clean and organized. Communicate order discrepancies or product concerns to the appropriate team member. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and handle products carefully. Basic computer skills for entering order information and updating records. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
